The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V93 and the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V35 have been updated for the new requirements to submit Argentine White Grape Juice Concentrate (WGJC) export licenses to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V93 includes the following:
· 52-record: New License / Certificate / Permit Type Code: 31 – Argentine White Grape Juice Concentrate Export License
The ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V35 includes the following validation:
· F839: LIC/CERT/PERM COUNTRY ORIGIN MISMATCH
The License/Certificate/ Permit Type Code (52-Record, Type 31) and Country of Origin (40-record) is only applicable to Argentina. Exempt entry types include 21: Warehouse, 22-Re-Warehouse, 23: TIB.
Both the CATAIR & Error Dictionary have been posted under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” tab on CBP.gov (Link: ACE Automated Broker Interface (ABI) CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) | U.S. Customs and Border Protection)
These updates were deployed to the CERTIFICATION environment on August 10, 2024. They will be deployed to the PRODUCTION environment on September 24, 2024.
