CSMS # 61712585 - Potential Extension to Standard ACE Production Invasive Maintenance Window scheduled for 10:00 p.m. ET Saturday, August 10, 2024, to 4:00 a.m. ET Sunday, August 11, 2024

Please be advised of a potential extension to the Saturday, August 10, 2024, ACE Production invasive Maintenance Window. The standard ACE Production Invasive Maintenance window will occur from 10:00 p.m. ET Saturday, August 10, 2024, to 4:00 a.m. ET Sunday, August 11, 2024. However, CBP may need extra time to complete additional work and updates to the system that will require the maintenance window to be extended until 9:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, August 11, 2024. During the ACE Production maintenance window and potential extension, users will not be able to access the ACE Secure Data Portal during that time.

A follow-up message will be published once the maintenance window is completed and the ACE Portal is back up and available.
