CSMS # 61492135 - Updated DIS Implementation Guide is now available in the DRAFT section of CBP.gov

An updated version of the DIS Implementation Guide is now available in the “DRAFT Chapters: Future Capabilities” section of CBP.gov found here: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair.

Revision 49 includes the addition of optional metadata that can be sent when submitting a Vehicle_Title_Certificate (doccode CBP09) via EDI to the Document Image System.

DATES:

This update is available in CBP’s CERTIFICATION environment starting July 23, 2024.
It is expected to be available in CBP’s PRODUCTION environment starting August 22, 2024.

Guidance on when to provide the metadata will be forthcoming.
