CSMS # 61449270 - CrowdStrike Outage: Impact to CBP Operations
Please be advised that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is actively monitoring the worldwide issue with Microsoft’s third-party IT vendor CrowdStrike. We will provide updates as needed until an ultimate fix is issued.
At this time:
- The Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system is not impacted.

CBP users do not appear to be impacted and are able to access ACE and process cargo as usual.

Trade users may have issues based on the system used to access ACE:
- If accessing ACE with a Windows machine, users may be impacted.
- Accessing ACE via non-Windows devices should not be affected.
