CSMS # 61405753 - ACE Certification Testing for Drawback Superfund and Retail Sales Now Available

As a follow-up to CSMS #61402306, trade testing for Retail Sales and Superfund are now available in the ACE Certification Environment.

Retail Sales

The Retail Sales Substitution Indicator was added to the 10 Record in the DE transaction, position 77.
New validations have been added to the ACE Drawback Error Dictionary.

Superfund

A new accounting class code 374 may be used by the Trade to request a refund of the Superfund tax that was paid.
There are new validations that have been added to the ACE Drawback Error Dictionary.

Updated versions of the ACE Drawback Error Dictionary and ACE Drawback Guidelines/CATAIR have been posted on CBP.gov. Both documents may be found under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” tab at https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair.
