CSMS # 61183801 - ACE Portal Modernization: Two Account Types Set to Retire in Legacy ACE Portal

On June 30, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will retire the following account types in the legacy ACE Portal:

Vessel Agency
Service Provider

After June 30, users will only be able to access and view these account types and associated functionality in the modernized ACE Portal. For more information on the modernized ACE Portal, visit the ACE Portal Modernization webpage.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
