CSMS # 61134845 - Updates to ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update and Error Dictionary – Section 201 Bifacial Certification

The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update (V91) has been updated to include the following on the 54-Record:

Specified new Importer’s Additional Declaration Type Code 09 (201 Bifacial Certification Designation). Conditionally required to designate whether the Entry Summary line is accompanied by an Importer Certification for bifacial panels that were entered into the Customs territory of the United States within June 26, 2024 – September 23, 2024.

The Error Dictionary V34 has also been updated to include the following new validations:

F837 - 201 EXLCSN CERT UNKNOWN
F838 - EXLCSN HTS REQ FOR 201

Additionally, F836 EXCLSN MISSING; REQUIRED FOR EXCLSN HTS has been updated to include 201 Bi-Facial Solar Exclusion.

Both documents will be posted under Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities tab. A copy of the new record and validations are attached to this CSMS.

Deployment to the Certification and Production environment is scheduled for July 2, 2024.
