CSMS # 60696223 - NS Messages Missing on some In-Bond Filings.

CBP is aware of an issue where NS messages are not consistently being issued related to In-Bond filings (Ocean/Rail MOT). A fix is in the works, a follow-up CSMS will be issued upon a successful deployment.
