Beginning May 20, 2024, all filers making entry for Republic of Korea (ROK) Section 232 absolute quota must:

Include the authorized Korea export certificate in the 54-Record data element of the entry summary.
- Use additional declaration type code 04 for Korea (KR) export steel certificates.
Include the Department of Commerce (DOC) steel import monitoring and analysis (SIMA) license number in the 52-Record data element of the entry summary.
- Use additional declaration type code 01 for DOC SIMA license.
