CSMS # 60323391 - Publication of Revised DS-2031 Shrimp Exporter’s/Importer’s Declaration Form

On April 17, 2024, a revised Department of State DS-2031 Shrimp Exporter’s/Importer’s Declaration form was released and is now available at the following link: https://eforms.state.gov/Forms/ds2031.PDF.

The use of prior versions of the DS-2031 form should be discontinued, and the revised form should be utilized. The revised form is approved for use through April 30, 2027.
