CSMS # 60199688 - Guidance on Submitting Large Documents via Email to the Document Image System

When submitting documents to the Document Image System (DIS), do not send individual emails with a cumulative attachment size over 30MB. Emails exceeding the 30MB limit will be rejected at the mailbox level.

In situations where the cumulative attachment size of documents exceeds 30MB, filers should split documents into multiple email submissions.
