CSMS # 59947827 - Manifest Trade In-Bond UI erroneously requiring the FIRMS Code in advance of Prod enforcement.

CBP is aware that the Manifest Trade In-Bond UI is erroneously requiring the reporting of the FIRMS Code in the production environment when arriving/exporting in-bonds. Currently, this validation should only reside in certification.

Another CSMS will be issued when this is resolved.
