CSMS # 59934723 - Entry Summary (ES) Query CATAIR Updates

The ES Query CATAIR (V23) has been updated to indicate a change in the placement of the negative sign for the JD, JE, JL, and JM Output Records for duty, taxes, fees, and interest when applicable. The negative sign will be reported in the adjacent position preceding the value without leading zeros.

The CATAIR is posted on the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities tab at: ACE Automated Broker Interface (ABI) CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) | U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Updates to ES Query were deployed to the ACE Certification environment on March 19, 2024 and are now available for testing.
