CSMS # 59889204 - ACE Forms Application Outage

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aware of an issue that is denying Trade users access to Forms 28, 29, 4647 and 6051D via the ACE Forms Application.

CBP is addressing this issue with the highest priority and plans to restore access to all Forms as soon as possible today, March 21, 2024.

Once it is restored, another CSMS will be issued.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in.
