Two documents in the ACE CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) have been updated in relation to Announcing an Importer’s Additional Declaration in the ACE Specific to Antidumping/Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) Certifications:
1. Entry Summary Create/Update (V90) has been updated to include the following on the 54-Record:
- Specified new Importer’s Additional Declaration Type Code 06 (AD/CVD Certification Designation).
- Conditionally required to designate whether the Entry Summary line is accompanied by an AD/CVD-related importer/exporter certification(s) as prescribed by the Department of Commerce (DOC), Enforcement and Compliance.
2. The Error Dictionary V32 has been updated to include a new validation: F817 AD-CVD CERT DESIGNATION UNKNOWN.

Deployment to the Certification environment is scheduled for February 13, 2024.
Deployment to the Production environment is scheduled for May 2, 2024.
