CSMS # 58929845 - January 4, 2024, Daily Statements System Issue

There was a system outage that caused a small number of Daily Statements not to be created in the database after the statements were sent to Filers. This is causing ACE to return an error "FD06 STATEMENT/BILL NOT ON FILE" when Payment Authorizations (application RM) are submitted.

All affected statements will be rerun tomorrow with Statement Print date 1/5/2024, generating a new statement number to include today and tomorrow’s entries.

CBP is aware that a small number of entry summaries impacted may be late and will address these individually for any potential late penalties.
