CSMS # 58798886 - Microsoft Edge Autofill Issue Impacting ACE Protest Application

ACE Protest users are encountering issues when Autofill is turned on in Microsoft Edge. The technical team is actively investigating these issues.

Until there is a resolution, all users are advised to turn off Autofill in Microsoft Edge before using the Protest application. Please follow these steps to turn off autofill:

Open Microsoft Edge
Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
In the search box on the left type in ‘autofill’
Select Personal Info in the right panel.
You will then see Save and fill basic info and automatically fill my info on sign up forms.
Turn the 2 buttons to the right off each off
Open new session and launch Protest application.

Once these issues are resolved, a follow-up CSMS will be issued.
