The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) has published an update to its CATAIR guidelines. That document can be found here: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ams-catair-guidelines

- This update includes information added for an ‘OR2’ message set, related to data submitted for the National Organic Program. Please refer to the change log for specifics.

In addition, AMS published a ‘Tips for Filing AMS Data’ document, which can be found on the CBP “How to Use ACE” web page at: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/how-to-use-ace (PGA Integration – References – PGA Filing Support – AMS).

- This tips document provides information related to the National Organics Program and explains the difference between OR1 and OR2 filings in US Customs and Border Protection’s Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
