CSMS # 57533306 - National Permit Trade Employee Functionality in the Modernized ACE Portal

As a reminder, the pagination feature to view beyond the first 200 employees has not yet been deployed. If a search beyond the first 200 employees shown on the page is needed, users may enter an employee name in the “search” box.

CBP is also aware of an issue with users receiving an “invalid page” error when attempting to view individual employees that have been uploaded via the “bulk upload” process. CBP will issue additional messaging via CSMS once the “invalid page” issue has been fixed and pagination past the first 200 employees is available. In the meantime, users may download all employees into a spreadsheet file to view the data.
