CSMS # 57362864 - Updated Entry Summary Create/Update V86: Custom User Fees and Immediate Delivery

The CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V86 has been updated and is posted under Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities tab. Updates include:

· Custom User Fees: FY24 adjustment of certain customs user fees and limitations (applicable to an entry summary). These adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2023. The amounts will deploy to the Certification and Production environment on August 16, 2023. The new amount will be in effect for summary pre-filed, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2023.

· Immediate Delivery: Clarified ACE behavior when an Immediate Delivery procedure has been requested and the summary is subsequently explicitly or implicitly deleted. Additionally, clarified that the SE transaction, the Immediate Delivery request must be made prior to the release of goods and, once made, cannot be removed after release has occurred.
