The Cargo Release SE Entry Application will be updated with three new rejectable error conditions related to bill of lading numbers on an entry as listed below:

An Add/Replace/Update transaction is filed with a master bill, but the bill is on file as a house bill. |

BILL TYPE H BUT MANIFESTED AS M
An Add/Replace/Update transaction is filed with a house bill, but the bill is on file as a master bill. |
| 263 |
IDENTICAL MASTER AND HOUSE BOL NUMBERS USED
An Add/Replace/Update transaction is filed with identical master and house bill of lading numbers. |
These new error codes and messages are currently discussed in the document titled ACE Cargo Release (SE) Input Validation Rules, Dated June 23, 2023, using the following link: Cargo Release Condition / Error Codes. The earlier CSMS messages that were sent out for the new error codes are #54998719, #56757332, and #56773952.
These new rejectable error codes are available in Certification. The scheduled production date is July 27, 2023.
