CSMS # 56700691 - Ocean House Bill Release – ACE Certification Deployment Set for Today

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has scheduled an Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Certification (CERT) Environment deployment today for the Ocean House Bill Release. The deployment will take place today, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, with the following items:

CERT Release will include:

Ticket INC1921661: Resolution to the issue where a Master Bill of Lading Delete Re-add is creating a duplicate rolled up 1C.
Ticket INC1964840: Resolution to the issue where a Bill of Lading Manifested Unit of Measure is not updating after a Bill of Lading is amended with the new Unit of Measure.
Implementation when validating a carrier's request to add an initial in-bond to a Master Bill of Lading via EDI, if an in-bond with the same destination exists on Master Bill of Lading with source of QP, the carrier's request will be rejected with error code 388.

Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) will need to program and test their software to incorporate these changes.

2/22/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 55205370

Resolution to fix of the validation using the Master Bill of Lading instead of House Bill of Lading in the input message.
Update of Delete PTT process to remove a FIRMS record for an automated FIRMS from Bill of Lading participant that could have been added by Create PTT previously.
A new check added to the Master Bill of Lading background evaluation jobs to verify that the sum of all house Bill of Ladings amended quantities match the Master Bill of Lading Amended quantity. If they don't match, we will withhold the Master Level 1Z / 1C notifications.

3/8/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 55394002

FTZ event: Include the transaction number for the original create PTT in the "Original transaction’s Internal Transaction Number" field when sending events for PTT arrival/cancel arrival notifications (P1, P2, P4, P5).
Ticket # INC1805265: Implementation to prevent duplicate 1Z notifications for a given Master Bill of Lading.
Ticket # INC1809189: CQ Query Response to account for new Master Bill of Lading and House Bill of Lading bill types were added as part of the OHBOL Release.
Implement the decrease of the 1Z / 4Z and rolled-up 1C background job intervals to 2 minutes instead of 10 minutes. This change will ensure that there will be no duplicate 1Z notifications received and will be preceded by a 4Z

3/22/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 55591717

Ticket # INC1822557: Arrival and concurrence should deactivate the PID and prevent a PTT cancellation.
Implemented fix of PTT arrival and PTT cancel arrival to now return original PID in NF92 record.
Ticket # INC1887792 - Trade response now includes the required text for NF.

Ticket # INC1868599 & INC1870117: Resolution to Ocean 1Z control table is not properly updating in certain scenarios.
Ticket # INC1794029: Resolution to Public comments on a 1X posting are being overwritten with pre-programmed comments that include the House Bill Number

4/19/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 55954379

Ticket INC1857935: Resolution to the 1W for Ocean House Bill of Lading stuck in Pending VRW under some conditions.
Ticket INC1752787: Resolution to Duplicate 1Ws being sent when a PTT carrier is same as the manifesting carrier.
Ticket INC1923168: Resolution to the 1Z posting incorrectly with a Less Than Full Bill Quantity.
Ticket INC1933464: Resolution for issue occurring when a 1Z issued with piece count discrepancies on a Master Bill of Lading amendment.
Resolution to reported issue where a Manifested quantity is being updated when a House Bill of Lading is deleted and then re-added.

5/3/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 56128505

Ticket INC1857935: Resolution to Ocean House Bill of Lading having 1C in "PENDING CONTAINER MISMATCH" remains pending when container mismatch is resolved.

5/24/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 56380737

Ticket INC1870122: Resolution to the issue where the 1C at both the House Bill level and the roll-up 1C for the Master Bill of Lading notifications were sent prior to the in-bond arrival.
Ticket INC1850325: Resolution to implement Port Authority Notifications when a Simple Bill Added, Deleted and Re-added an In-bond bill.
Ticket INC1809189: Update G.O. background jobs to incorporate new disposition codes for Ocean House Bills.

6/7/2023 CERT Release: CSMS # 56539871

Ticket INC1950400: Implemented a fix that when a PTT is added to a Master Bill of Lading, the House Bill of Lading is not inadvertently closed since no entry has been posted on the House Bill Lading. In addition, a roll-up 1C will not be posted against the Master Bill of Lading.

6/21/2023 CERT Release:
