CSMS # 56354893 - CBP to allow Port of Entry Changes via Cargo Release Update transaction; update to SE CATAIR document.

CBP has updated the SE CATAIR to allow Port of Entry (POE) Changes via the Cargo Release Update transaction. The Port of Entry may be corrected on the ACE Cargo Release transaction (using the Update action code) after the cargo arrives and the entry is released. Trade users will no longer need to request an entry cancellation and resubmit a new entry to change a port of entry.

With this change, all current processes remain in place. The only change is that the Cargo Release CATAIR is now formally allowing the POE change to be performed on an Update.
