An updated ACE Development and Deployment Schedule has been posted to CBP.gov/ACE.
In this update, please see changes to the ACE Development and Deployment Schedule below:

The following updates were made to the ACE Portal Modernization – Phase 3 and Phase 4 deployments:
- Updated the anticipated deployment date for Phase 3 to May 2023
- "Vessel Agent - New Account Type" and "Change History" have moved from Phase 4 to Phase 3
- "Blanket Declarations" and "Document upload/management functionality for Facilities/Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ)" have moved from Phase 3 to Phase 4
- Removed "user access management" from Phase 3 (now slated for deployment in September 2023)
- Updated Automation of CBP Form 6051D for Detentions of Cargo Filed in ACE, Including Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Detentions to reflect the deployment date is TBD. This will be updated when a new date has been confirmed.
- Updated Ocean House Bill of Lading (OHBOL) Release to reflect the deployment date is TBD. This will be updated when a new date has been confirmed.
- Updated Enhancements to ACE Truck Manifest – Phase 4: Class of Admission with an anticipated deployment date of August 2023.
Please note that this is a notional schedule and subject to change. More information regarding these deployments is forthcoming and will be provided via CSMS message.
