CSMS # 56156330 - Ocean Manifest changes impacting cargo manifest queries.

On April 30, 2023 CBP deployed a fix to manifest amendments where a delete and add of a bill will retain the original manifested piece count and the new piece count appears in the amended field. In the cargo manifest (CQ) query the original manifested quantity will be returned in the WR4 record positions 52-59 and the amended quantities will be returned in the WN0 record positions 4-11 for a master bill and positions 12-19 for a house bill. Trade partners are reminded to use the amended quantities to determine the current piece count on a bill of lading. This change was to bring consistency with processing of ocean manifest.
