CSMS # 55798165 - Legacy ACE connecting issues due to ACE internal networking issues.

Users having connecting issues to Legacy ACE Applications including ACE Import Manifest due to internal Network Issues @ NDC. CBP technical support team is working on the issue and will send out resolved message as soon as issue is resolved.
