The updated Draft FTZ CATAIR chapter for future capabilities is now available on cbp.gov. The update includes updated FZ10 record descriptions for received quantity and clarifying information as to which Modes of Transportation actions codes L & M apply to. In addition, the supporting information in the appendix F section was updated. The document can be found at the following link:
