CSMS # 55406901 - In-Bond Tool and Link to AD/CVD User Interface Removed from Legacy ACE Portal

On March 4, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) removed 1) the functionality to arrive, export, and divert in-bonds and 2) the link to the Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties (AD/CVD) tool from the legacy ACE Portal. The Manifest Trade In-Bond tool (for trade users with Carrier accounts) and a link to the AD/CVD application are available in the modernized ACE Portal.
