CSMS # 55322098 -U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to Process Port of Entry Corrections Through ACE and Posting of a New FDA Information Document

An enhancement is planned which will support FDA accepting Port of Entry changes via ACE.

The expected deployment schedule is:

· Changes available for testing in the ACE Certification Environment by COB March 03, 2023.

· Planned deployment to ACE Production Environment will be no earlier than April 15, 2023.

Another CSMS will be sent when the Production deployment date is confirmed.

FDA has created a new document, “Information for FDA Entry Filings” (found at this link, https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/how-to-use-ace, in the PGA Integration tab, under PGA Filing Support), which provides ACE information for filers and importers. This document currently only includes information about Port of Entry changes, but additional information on other topics will be added in the near future.
