CSMS # 55205370 - Ocean House Bill Release – ACE Certification Deployment Set for Today

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has scheduled an Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Certification (CERT) Environment deployment today for the Ocean House Bill Release. The deployment will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST on February 22, 2023, with the following items:

CERT Release will include:

Resolution to fix of the ENTA validation using the Master Bill of Lading instead of House Bill of Lading in the input message.
Update of Delete PTT process to remove a ZFIRMS record for an automated FIRMS from Bill of Lading participant that could have been added by Create PTT previously.
A new check added to the Master Bill of Lading background evaluation jobs to verify that the sum of all house Bill of Ladings amended quantities match the Master Bill of Lading Amended quantity. If they don't match, we will withhold the Master Level 1Z / 1C notifications.

Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) will need to program and test their software to incorporate these changes.

The Ocean House Bill of Lading (OHBOL) Release deployment, including the Container Freight Station (CFS) User Interface (UI), has been postponed until June 4, 2023.
