Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2303 was created on February 15, 2023 and contains 97 ABI records and 24 harmonized tariff records.

HSU 2303 contains adjustments required by the verification of the 2023 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) as well as an update for HTS # 9903.45.25. Bound ranges for HTS # 9903.45.25 were modified. The range was adjusted to 8501.71.0000 to 8541.43.0010.

For additional information on the bound ranges for HTS # 9903.45.25 please refer to Proclamation 10339 (Federal Register 87 FR 7357).
