CSMS # 55054245 - IMPORTANT: ACE Portal Platform Maintenance Set for February 11 and February 15

The ACE Portal platform will undergo system maintenance on February 11 and February 15. During these planned maintenance windows, ACE Portal users will be unable to access the ACE Portal. Below are the maintenance schedule details:

Date: Saturday, February 11

Start Time: 11:00 a.m. ET

Estimated Duration: 1-5 minutes

Date: Wednesday, February 15

Start Time: 12:00 a.m. ET

Estimated Duration: 5 minutes

During the maintenance windows, ACE Portal users will receive an error message indicating that the system is unavailable. Users should try logging on again when the maintenance windows are complete. If users are unable to access the ACE Portal following the maintenance window, please close your browser, clear your cache, and try again.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
