CSMS # 55000988 - Update to ACE Portal Login Page Coming February 7

On February 7, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy an update to the ACE Portal login page for trade and partner government agency (PGA) users. The update will include a checkbox for users to indicate acceptance of the applicable Privacy Act Statement. Following this update, as part of the login process, trade and PGA users will no longer be required to accept the related terms following the two-factor authentication step.

The Modernized ACE Portal – Create Account and Log In training guide will be updated soon to reflect this update.
