The Luxembourg Tariff Rate Quota for Aluminum Period 1 (January 1 through June 30, 2023) for 9903.85.40 goods with country of origin: Luxembourg was prematurely closed due to a trade filer data transmission error. The CBP Quota and Agriculture Branch evaluated the impact of the error and determined that this quota category will be reopened. At the time of this message publication, the quota is open and will accept new ACE submissions for quota consideration for 9903.85.40 goods of Luxembourg.
