CSMS # 54356641 - Ocean House Bill Release – ACE CERTIFICATION deployment today, December 14, 2022, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm to include the following deployment items
The following deployment items will be deployed and ready for testing related to the Ocean House BOL Release Ocean Terminal Release in CERT:
The following functionality and fixes were deployed:
- Implementation of business logic to the 1X or a 1Z would allow the cargo to move off-terminal while also making sure that a 1Z is not issued until all the cargo has full authorization. Therefore, additional dispositions 4C & 1B that will generate a 1Z as well as remove the 1X from the codes that will generate a 1Z.
- Remove the 1X trigger from all 1Z/4Z processing logic
- Write 1X transaction on Master Bill of Lading when transfer for exam has been performed on the House Bill of Lading
- ServiceNow INC1637501: Resolve issue where the Master Bill of Lading Terminal Release is being cancelled after disposition codes 1Z and 1C.
Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) will need to program and test their software to incorporate these changes.
