Due to planned maintenance, FDA’s ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communications System) document upload functionality and Notice of FDA Action download functionality will be unavailable Friday December 9, 2022, 9:00 PM to Saturday December 10, 2022, 9:00 AM EST.

If documents must be submitted during the downtime, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: Import Offices and Ports of Entry | FDA.

Note that entry processing will not be impacted during this downtime, only functionality related to document upload and Notice of FDA Action download.
