CSMS # 54093596 - Update-Issue with Ocean Manifest Status Notifications

-Update: CBP technicians were able to resolve the issue with ocean manifest status notifications being issued in error. CBP is now working to resend correct notifications from 11/20/22 at 1:30am until 11/22/22 at 5am. Another CSMS will be issued when this has been completed.
