CSMS # 53923322 - ACE CERT Deployment for UFLPA Region Alert

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) deployed the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Region Alert enhancement to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Certification (CERT) testing environment on 11/8/2022. This enhancement will provide an early notification to importers of goods manufactured in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) that are subject to UFLPA restrictions per H.R. 6256. This enhancement includes electronic data interchange (EDI) impacts. The production deployment date for these changes is to be determined.
