CSMS # 53522836 - Broker Courtesy Notices for CBP Forms

With the release of the ACE Forms Module in April 2022, CBP is sending brokers a courtesy copy of CBP Form 28, 29 or 4647 when they are issued. To ensure the courtesy copy is not filtered into a junk folder, please include acenotifyservice@cbp.dhs.gov as a verified email address.

To receive these courtesy copies, brokers must:

Have an email address in the sub-account of their ACE Portal account, and
Have “Portal” or “Mail, Portal” selected as their Mode of Communication.

The ACE Forms Module will notify CBP Entry and Import Specialists when the broker listed on the entry is not set up to receive an email. In those instances, they will continue to follow their current procedures regarding broker notification.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
