CSMS # 53267891 - Updated CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update on CBP.gov

The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update (v80) has been updated on the Chapters: Current Capabilities tab on cbp.gov. The update is to the 41-Record, Note 1:

Clarified that the FTZ Line Item Quantity reported on the 41-Record cannot exceed the FTZ Line Item Quantity reported on the corresponding SE41-Record of the Cargo Release (SE).
