The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is seeking 30-50 volunteers to participate in a Beta Pilot test of its PGA Message Set (eFiling), scheduled to begin in the fall of 2023. The Beta Pilot will test importers' and brokers' ability to electronically file certificate data at the time of Entry filing, test CPSC’s capability to collect and risk assess these data, and inform rulemaking to make eFiling permanent.
