Below Issue is resolved: Please contact your client rep or submit a trouble ticket if you see any lingering manifests that still have this transitional issue

CBP is aware of an issue with certain Truck Manifest EDI submissions having an issue when trying to open, edit and re-submit via the Portal. We are working on this issue and will send an additional message when resolved.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
