Rail Manifest
As announced in CSMS Message #12-000062, the ACE Rail Manifest IGs have been updated to include changes for residue reporting. The individual changes are shown below. The complete IGs can be found at:

M1105: Weight: add following to gray note:
If the Bill Type in M1109 is ‘23’ this will be the estimated residue weight.

23 Section 321 Release for Residue Cargo

M1110: Place of Receipt by Pre-Carrier: add the following to the gray note:
If the Bill Type in M1109 is ‘23’ this will be origin city or country of the shipment

N901: Reference Identification Qualifier: add following to the gray note:
- The ‘ZF’ qualifier in the N901 is used to report the bill of lading number for residue cargo claiming release under Section 321 of the Tariff

ZF Rail Bill of Lading number for residue cargo claiming release under Section 321
