CSMS #51982044 - Workaround for AD/CVD Query is Not Returning the Companion Case

CBP is aware that the AD/CVD Query is not returning the companion case. Below is a workaround until the issue is resolved.

Trade users can submit the AD query using the 7-digit case number instead of the 10-digit case number.
AC will return the companion case information on the RA line.
When 10-digit case number is submitted currently, there are situations where no companion case number associated at the 10-digit case number level. This results in no companion case being returned on the RA line of the AC message.
Once fix is implemented, trade users can submit AD query using the 10-digit case number and if there is no companion case, the query will return the companion case data from the 7-digit parent case number.

An update will be posted once resolved.
