Due to planned maintenance, FDA’s ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communications System) and ITACS account management functionality will be unavailable Saturday 05/14/2022 11:00pm – Sunday 05/15/2022 1:00am EDT.

Following the release ITACS will be available on a new platform which will be mobile device friendly. There will be no change in functionality, but the look and feel will be slightly different.

If documents must be submitted during the downtime, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/industry/import-program-food-and-drug-administration-fda/import-offices-and-ports-entry.
