CSMS #51506675 - Trade partners using MQIPT not getting responses in Production

Trade Partners who are connected to CBP using MQIPT and are not getting responses in Production should reach out to MQ STAFF OPS GML via email at MQSTAFFOPS@cbp.dhs.gov

The issue appears to be with a DHS or Treasury Root/Intermediate at CBP. One of these certificates expired on 04/02/2022 and is causing widespread SSL certificate failures.

The only solution is for the Middleware MQ Team to create and send a new certificate package to each affected trade partner.
