Three (3) EDI implementation guide (IG) updates for ACE Import Ocean Manifest House Bill Release functionality have now been posted in Draft mode to

ACE Import Manifest Documentation | U.S. Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov)

They are located under the “Ocean House Bill Release - Draft Chapters:” heading at the bottom of the Ocean tab as follows with a published date of 02/28/2022:

1. Import Ocean Manifest Appendix H – Common Errors:

additional details were added to clarify some error codes
updated error descriptions related to house bill release capabilities.

2. For the Cancel Permit-to-Transfer (PTT) action of “P” (Cancel PTT by Container), a FIRMS code is required. This is now reflected in both Import Ocean Manifest message formats’ IGs:
