CSMS #51148418 - ACE Trade/PGA users are not able to access the Legacy ACE Portal

Trade and PGA Users logging into the Legacy ACE Portal are not able use the Legacy ACE Portal. Users of the Modernized Portal are able to log in and do work except be able to launch the Legacy ACE Portal from the References Tab. No EDI Processing is impacted at this time.

CBP Technical support Team troubleshooting the Legacy ACE Portal Login Issues. A resolved message will be issued once the issue is resolved.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
