CSMS #50887325 - New ACE Truck Manifest Validation for QP-filed In-bonds

A new edit has been implemented for Truck E-Manifest (EDI and ACE Portal). Bills moving in-bond via QP must be manifested as a Simple/Regular bill of lading (BOL) type on the truck E-Manifest. ACE will automatically match the bill transmitted on the QP in-bond to the bill of lading transmitted on the Truck E-Manifest.

Users will receive the message error "255 INBOND EXISTS FOR THIS BILL' for this validation if the Truck Manifest is submitted via EDI, whereas if submitted via the ACE Truck Manifest Trade Portal, users will see "Error processing request. Manifest Update Status failed. In-bond exists for this Bill" upon submitting the manifest.
