CSMS #50861459 - Information on Upcoming Review of Inactive CSMS Subscribers

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is undergoing a review to ensure that all current Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) subscribers are active users. Beginning at the end of January, CSMS subscribers who have not recently engaged with GovDelivery bulletins (e.g., opened an email containing a CSMS message or downloaded a message image) will be sent a message with a prompt to confirm that the user would like to remain a subscriber. If users receive this message and would like to continue to receive CSMS messages, please follow the instructions provided.

If users do not receive a message about maintaining your subscription, then users will automatically remain subscribed, and no action is needed.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
